Request to permanently delete your Sudoku Monster account

⚠️ Important Information

Deleting your Sudoku Monster account will permanently remove your personal account information. Once the deletion process is complete, you will not be able to recover your account or access your personal data.

What will be deleted:

  • Your email address
  • Your password
  • Your nickname(s)
  • Your profile picture
  • All personal account information

What will be kept (anonymized):

  • Anonymized data of games played (for game statistics and improvements)
  • Anonymized statistics that affect the whole game (for overall game analytics)

Deletion Process: Your account will be marked as inactive immediately upon deletion. After 10 days, all personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems. During the 10-day period, you can contact support to restore your account if you change your mind.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Sudoku Monster account directly from within the game. The deletion process is simple and can be completed in just a few steps:

Open Game Options

Launch Sudoku Monster and navigate to the game options or settings menu. This can be accessed from the main menu or during gameplay.

Find Account Settings

Look for the "Account" or "Account Settings" option in the game options menu. This section contains account management features.

Select Delete Account

Choose the "Delete Account" option. You will be asked to confirm your decision as this action cannot be easily reversed.

Confirm Deletion

Confirm that you want to delete your account. Your account will be immediately marked as inactive. After 10 days, all personal data will be permanently deleted. During this 10-day period, you can contact support to restore your account if needed.

Alternative Options

If you're experiencing issues with your account or just need a break, consider these alternatives before deleting:

  • Contact support for assistance with account issues
  • Reset your password if you're having login problems
  • Take a break - your account will remain active and you can return anytime
  • Change your nickname or profile picture if you want a fresh start

Unauthorized Email Use

If you believe that your email address has been used to create a Sudoku Monster account without your consent, you can request the deletion of that account by email.

To request deletion due to unauthorized email use:

  • Send an email to [email protected] from the email address that was used without your consent
  • Use the subject line: "Unauthorized Account - Request Deletion"
  • State clearly that the email address was used to create an account without your consent
  • Request the deletion of the account associated with your email address

Important: The deletion request must be sent from the email address in question. We will verify that the request is coming from the email address associated with the account before processing the deletion. This helps protect against unauthorized deletion requests.

Upon receiving a valid request, we will delete the account associated with your email address. The account will be marked as inactive immediately and permanently deleted after 10 days, in accordance with our standard account deletion process.

Account Restoration

If you delete your account but change your mind, you have a 10-day grace period to restore it. During this time, your account is marked as inactive but not yet permanently deleted. To restore your account:

  • Contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Restore Sudoku Monster Account"
  • Provide your account email address or nickname
  • Our team will verify your identity and restore your account

Note: After the 10-day period expires, account restoration is no longer possible as all personal data will have been permanently deleted.
